Community Action Services and Food Bank is looking for several hundred hungry families across the state in need of food as part of STAR Touring & Riding’s STAR Days events on July 18-20 in Lindon.
Community Action Services is partnering with Feed the Children and STAR Touring & Riding to distribute 80,000 pounds of food.
Feed the Children, based in Oklahoma, is a non-profit relief organization whose stated mission is “providing hope and resources for those without life’s essentials”. It serves those in need in the U.S. and in 10other countries around the world according to the organization’s website.
