Interior Image Group (IIG) announced today it has been officially named the hospitality design firm that will transform three historic buildings in this city into the new boutique Sessions Hotel.
The three vacant buildings in downtown Bristol that will soon be revitalized are the 1920s Jobbers Candy Company, Service Mills and Bristol Grocery buildings. The buildings will be unified and transformed into the Sessions Hotel, a hospitality destination that will showcase the history of the city and its heritage as the birthplace of country music. Creative Boutique Hotels broke ground on the project in July, partnering with IIG for the interior design of the hotel.
“The hotel will be an important part of Bristol’s downtown and the surrounding community,” said Patti Tritschler, president of IIG. “As we have worked on this historically rich project, we’ve come to know and love the city of Bristol. We’re excited to help tell the city’s story through the Sessions Hotel and be part of its history.”
