Everyday Heroes: Founder of Japanese Christian university honored for dedicated life of service.
As he sat covered in blankets in his hospital bed, he emphasized over and over again his mantra: education is nothing without a strong religious foundation.
Harry Fox, now living out his life in Orem, founded the Ibaraki Christian University in Japan. The current university president, Jim Batten, flew from Japan to visit with Fox and chronicle his life for future generations.
